10/23-10/27

Monday
CP: Continue study of moderate and radical phases of revolution.
Period 4 - Reign of Terror reading in class. Questions in NB.
Period 6 - Complete moderate phase quiz.
H: Complete Trial of Louis XVI. Self Evalutation. Complete Court Report. Your homework will be to answer "Why were the moderate and radical phases of the revolution named this way?" One paragraph for each phase please.

Tuesday
4 - Radical Phase terms and names. Work in partners to fill out terms and names. Review. Homework will be to study for quiz on radical phase.
6 - Complete reading in class on Reign of Terror. Compile list of terms and names from radical phase. Homewrok will be to study for radical phase quiz.
1 - Review phases of revolution. Pose discussion questions. Compile list of terms and names. Small group work. Begin work on print advertisement. Homework: Print Ad blueprint.

Week of 10/16-10/20 - French Rev cont'd



Monday
CP: Introduce Moderate Phase of Revolution. Read and answer questions regarding this phase.
Honors: Begin Trial of Louis XVI. Assign roles and major tasks of different characters.

Tuesday
CP: I will be out. As always subwork is worth a quiz grade. Complete moderate and radical phases of revolution worksheets.
Honors: Complete statements/notecards for the trial. Meet in appropriate groups.

Wednesday
CP: Review Moderate and Radical Phases of the French Revolution. What defined each phase. Why were they named this way? Who were the major players? Who won out? Who lost out? What do you think will happen next?
Honors: Complete preparation for the Trial of Louis XVI. Peer edit eachoter's works. Lawyers should prep each group you will call and groups should anticipate cross examination. Finalize plans for costumes/notecards/statements. hand out rubric guide for trial.

Thursday
CP: Quiz - Moderate and Radical phases of revolution. Continue movie thereafter.
Honors: Trial of Louis XVI part I. Very excited for this!

Friday
Cp: Complete Movie and worksheet.
Honors: Trial part II. We will have a part III if necessary.

Short Week 10/11 - 101/13


CP: We will be continuing our study of the causes of the French Revolution. You will recieve another worksheet and will be completing he different tasks on it by Friday. Time permitting we will begin watch "The French Revolution" in class. You can download the two handouts for the FR here.
WEDNESDAY HOMEWORK: QUESTIONS 2 AND 4 FROM WORKSHEET 2!

Honors: By Wednesday you should have highlighted the last of the resource cards in your French Revolution packet. You should also have written the "individual report" which is located on the page after resource card 5. If you need a new packet, you can download it here. Only print out pages 2-9 please. This week we will be continue our analysis of the causes and course of the different phases of revolution.
